We are honored to be hosting Leslie's dear friend and teacher, Bryan Kest to Yoga Journey for his annual South Florida Thanksgiving Day flow.
This class will be offered both In-Studio and live on Zoom. It will likely sell out in-person, in-studio space is limited so register today! It's a perfect way to start your holiday, in gratitude and in community - we hope you join us!
Bryan has been practicing yoga since 1979, starting when he was 14 years old. He initially studied in Hawaii with David Williams, the first person to bring Ashtanga yoga to America. He then studied in India with K. Pattabhi Jois, the main proponent of Ashtanga yoga. He has been teaching yoga since 1985. "My primary objective", says Kest, "besides turning more and more people on to a healthier, more peaceful lifestyle that continually challenges them to grow, is to teach a system of exercise that fully integrates the body, mind, and spirit.

I invite you to take this journey of self realization with me. For ten years I have had the privilege of sharing my passion for yoga with hundreds of people that wanted a deeper understanding of this ancient practice. Some have gone on to become very successful teachers and others have stepped into a life long relationship with being a student. What a great honor it is to pass down the wisdom and teachings of Vinyasa Yoga. I am so proud of the teachers that have come before me and take the responsibility of honoring them seriously, as I pass on these teachings to the next generation of yogi’s. I offer 200 hour Yin and 200 hour Vinyasa trainings as well as an advanced level 300+ mentoring program. I believe in the tradition of mentoring and that you must find a teacher that you want to emulate. The key is to discover a course that connects with your intention. My goal to have you fall so in love with yoga that it overflows into every aspect of your life.
